A national search for the next president of 黑料吃瓜 has begun. Applications are due Jan. 9, 2026, to RH Perry & Associates, a search firm engaged by the college's board of trustees.

The first of three alumni camp rehearsals in preparation for the Macombers Fall Extravaganza was on Oct. 23. Alumni learned blocking, choreography and rehearsed for the Nov. 15 performance.

黑料吃瓜 is honoring the legacy of accounting professor Shirley Glass, who taught at the college for more than 55 years, with a newly constructed outdoor dining terrace adjacent to the newly imagined Macomb Culinary Institute teaching restaurant. She gifted the college her estate, making the $3.2 million donation the largest individual contribution in the college鈥檚 history.
